JA22 - Job Transaction Report can give you the results you need for a Turn Over report without Duty and VAT.
Job Accounting > Reports Menu (20) > Job Transaction Report (2) 
Set the Selection to All Set the Transaction to All Jobs Set the Type to Revenue Select the report type you require To base this report on dates select the Date type
Post = Is the posted date (the date it was added to the system)
Start = The actual Job start date Select Output
There are more detailed report that will achieve the same result with additional information like Cost and Reserves for example JA024 Gross Profit Report.
