Installation
Double click Outlook Connector Installation File.
Click next to continue.
Select a location for the install to be saved, when finished continue by clicking next.
(We recommend using the default location unless you are an advanced user) Click install for the installation to continue.
Read and Agree to the Outlook Redemption before installation can continue.
Outlook Connector is now successfully completed.
Setting up Outlook Connector for FreightFax 4
(You are required to either be Manager or above to be able to change user setting within the Vixsoft Products)
Double click FreightFax 4 to open the program ready to set it up.
Choose SY>2, which is System Maintenance > User File Maintenance. 
Select No. 3 tab “Email”.
Click the add button to add a new user.
(When add is clicked a dialog box will appear, this is where the users name should be inputted)
Enter the user details as shown (Example Data Only)
Your Name = Your Actual Name i.e. Bill Bates
Your Domain = Your Actual Domain i.e. @microsoft.com
Password = Secure password known by the user to gain access
Once completed click save and exit to finish
