(You are required to either be Manager or above to be able to change user setting within the Vixsoft Products)
Double click FreightFax 4 to open the program. 
Choose SY>2, which is System Maintenance > User File Maintenance 
Make sure that Task Manger is deselected.
(This Option can be found on the right hand side of the window) 
Once done save and exit.
(Task Manger should now not appear every time FreightFax is opened.)
