System files are initialised via the main menu, to do this go to the top left of a menu and click File and select Initialise.
You should then select the Report button which will then give you a chance to view the files which are going to be initialised .
At this point you should call the Vixsoft Support HelpLine, the support team will then check the files and give you the go ahead to initialise them.
You should then close the report and select the 'OK' button, you should receive a ' XX files initialised' message, which signals the end of the intialising process
