If for some reason when sending an email using FreightFax it doesn’t use the normal email program, i.e.
Open Internet Explorer, click “Tools”, and “Internet Options” from the toolbar at the top of the Internet Explorer window.
On the “Internet Options” window select the “Programs” tab across the top of the window.
Here you will see this screen (as above); it shows what programs the internet will use as default. If you see the program which is being opened when sending an email listed along side “E-mail:” click on the down arrow to open the box containing a list of email programs installed on the machine.
