 Select Sales Ledger from the menu and double click on Statements (option 13)
 From Statements enter the criteria you require the report to output

 Select Output

 From the output options select File
 Tick the Rich Text Format
 Type in the FULL location of were you wish to save the file including filename e.g. c:\vixsoft\report.rtf
 Then click Save
